I asked a famous foodie this question: “What is your philosophy on good food?” but surprisingly he wasn’t able to answer me as according to him it is quite a ‘massive’ question to ponder about.
I drifted with dismay.
Now thinking about it, let me share mine:
“My philosophy to food has always been about enjoying it in a balanced way. Food is one of life’s blissful joy yet we have reached this situation that we consider them as enemies. A bane instead of a boon. But I believe it’s the other way around. I think that when we use good ingredients they can all have a place in our lifestyle. In other words, we just need to rediscover our common sense on food consumption and achieving that state of balance.”
